Refund policy

Marked The Label does not do refunds. If you are needing to return an item you will be given store credit.

 

Marked The Label will accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be free of make up, perfume, deodorant, animal hair, and any other marks. If an item is sent back AFTER 14 days (post-marked after the 10th day of delivery) of being delivered, it will not be accepted and you will be charged a restocking fee. If an item is returned with any of the above criteria, it will be returned to you at your cost. Please email us with your order number and the reason for returning. We will review from there.

15-30 days: 10% fee

30+ days: No returns accepted. No exceptions.

*We offer return & shipping protection for all Marked the Label orders through Route, which you can easily add at checkout. When you opt in, your order is protected against loss, theft, or damage in transit (U.S. customers only). Plus, Route makes the claim process super simple and stress-free.*

Marked The Label is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the tracking information indicates "Delivered” Marked The Label is not responsible for stolen or missing mail.  Please contact USPS (your local post office) with questions regarding shipment tracking.  

 

FLAT BACK EARRING SUBSCRIPTION POLICY:

Listing price is before tax and any applicable fees. U.S. shipping is included in the price. Please note that buyers are responsible for any return-to-sender re-shipment fees or international taxes and duties.

When you first subscribe, you’ll be billed right away—and your Flat Back Earring box will ship within 4 business days. After that, your subscription will renew on the same day each month based on your original purchase date.


For example: If you subscribe on May 23rd, future renewals will also be billed on the 23rd of each month using the card you have on file.

Please note: Gift cards cannot be used on subscriptions—a valid credit card is required at checkout.
